Shipping Time frame
We endeavour to offer fast and efficient delivery of items. We use respected and trusted courier and transport services.
For most locations in New Zealand you can expect delivery within 2-3 working days, if you live in a rural location please add a few extra days.
Upon receipt and packing of your order, you will be notified with a tracking number to trace your products delivery.
Most items on the website are covered by a single $8.00 nationwide(South Island, North Island, & Stewart Island) delivery cost. If the shipping cost differs for a particular item this will be shown at the product page or checkout.
- Our couriers only deliver to physical address's (NO PO-Boxes sorry)
- Waiheke Island will incur an additional handling fee
If the item you receive is faulty, not what you ordered, or does not fit please contact us.
All product sold carry a minimum 3 month warranty and a maximum of 2 years. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from misuse or wear and tear.
Once an order has been placed and card payment has been made the order cannot be cancelled, unless required under consumer law. Please see https://www.consumer.org.nz/articles/returns-and-refunds

When placing an order you agree that all the information given is accurate and complete. You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order and an Order ID: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we cannot accept your order we will contact you by email and shall refund any amount already paid to us. We will always make every effort to supply you with the products listed in your order confirmation.
The name that will appear on your statement will be The Outlet Shop.
Accuracy of information
We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer's websites, catalogues, our own photography and often our own descriptions of the products.
Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn't correct.
All prices listed on www.theoutletshop.co.nz are correct at the time of entering. Your credit card or debit card will be charged at the point of purchase.
If a genuine error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on www.theoutletshop.co.nz is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and shall refund any amount already paid to us.
